While seeing the waters continue to rise in Texas and the compassionate love many are showing towards those in desperate need of rescue from the flood waters and lack of sustenance; I'm reminded of God's peace that reigns in times like these. "There is a river, that flows from deep within; There is a fountain, that frees the soul from sin; Come to these waters, there is a vast supply; There is a river, that never shall run dry." Although the waters in Texas are rising from Hurricane Harvey, this Heavenly flow is from God above and is readily available at a second notice to all who believe and receive Jesus into their lives. These Heavenly waters flow through your soul with an assured peace of mind that is life altering.
"When Peace like a river attendeth my way, when sorrows like sea billows roll; whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say; It is well, It is well with my soul. Tho Satan should buffet, tho trials should come, let this blest assurance control: That Christ has regarded my helpless estate, and hath shed His own blood for my soul. My sin, oh the bliss of this glorious thought; my sin, not in part but the whole; is nailed to the cross and I bear it NO More; Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, O my soul. And Lord haste the day when my faith shall be sight, The clouds be rolled back as a scroll; The trumpet shall sound, and The Lord shall descend, Even so, It is well with my soul."
What peace, what glorious peace, is ours in Christ Jesus, our Lord! Knowing that whatever may come our way; storms or high waters, turbulence or distress, God's got this; and peace replaces the unsettled mind as these Heavenly waters flow through our soul and we bear them no more! This divine stream of Jesus' blood flows continually from the throne of God bringing such freedom and deliverance that it makes ya wanna shout, makes ya wanna dance, makes ya wanna tell the world about Jesus; Jesus,who takes the bad brought upon us and turns it around for our good! O What a Savior!
No matter how bad you think things are; no matter the greatness of sin you have committed; no matter how far down in the gutter you feel you are; JESUS is ALL you need- He is your Hope! Jesus waits eagerly for you to invite Him in so He can make His abode and create His new life in you that nothing can ever compare! No need to make changes on your own; He will make whatever changes may be needed; we need only to rest in Him. He is our Hope in life's struggles and He is ALL we will ever need!
He completes those unfilled desires deep down in our soul. He fills the emptiness, the void when everyone else is gone. He takes our old man and creates us into a brand new creation of His own design: filled with His love, His joy, His peace; and a freedom like no one else can do. That's our blessed JESUS, and He's as close as the whisper of His name! He longs to be your God; to walk beside you through this life in both good times and bad; to fill your void with comfort and peace as only He does best; and to guide you through all you encounter day by day!
God has given us a new day filled with fresh mercies and golden opportunities to be all we can be for His kingdom sake. I pray you allow His living waters to flow through you and bring peace as you enjoy a wonderfully blessed day. God loves you and so do I~

In The Eye Of The Storm
Seeing all the physical damage from the Hurricane hitting our coastal areas in Texas and the run off storms that have overshadowed the southern borders, is a reminder of the the violent storms that come against us in ways we cannot see. Just as Paul warned the church of Ephesus in Ephesians 6 that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places; even so to equip us for the battle, Holy Spirit warns us thru Paul's writings to take up the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Never have these scriptures been so needed as they are in our world today. Minds are being distorted by wickedness and violence is all around, but the Peace of God is maintained only by those who remember to guard their minds with all diligence and prepare for the constant battle at hand by arming themselves with the Whole Armor of God so they will be able to withstand the fiery darts from those deceived by satan's schemes.
In the eye of the storm, God remains in control and as we have adorned our life with the Whole Armor of God; standing firm on God's Word and in God's Will, we are ready for battle to the finish; and as Romans 8:31 declares, "If God be for us, who can come against us?" God is not mocked: He sees and hears all; and He cares for His child being wounded and it's in His time and in His way, that He will take care of it all; He will turn the evil around and make it all good for His glory! He's Got This!
So let not your heart be burdened, neither let it be afraid. What God began in the beginning, He will bring to completion. As Paul has declared in Philippians 1:6,"I am convinced and confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will continue to perfect and complete it until this day Christ Jesus returns." He will bring it to fruition.
Just as Pastor began teaching the series on the beatitudes yesterday, the first is learning to be poor in spirit; learning to humble ourselves in all our ways. That's a tough lesson to achieve when you're fighting fiery darts in the eye of the storm; but just as man persecuted and spoke evil of Jesus, humbling ourself in the sight of God allows us to count it all joy to be along side Jesus in the battle against wickedness in this perverse world.
Jesus tells us to pray for those who harm us in word or deed because we don't fight in our own strength but in the power and might of Almighty God. So no matter what your storm may be, know whose you are and you don't fight alone. Armor up and raise that shield of faith, having on your breastplate of righteousness and proclaim aloud; Hit me with your best shot, God's Got This!
Enjoy a wonderfully victorious and blessed day knowing that God is watching over you and He's got this. God loves you and so do I~~~

What An Amazing Lord
Amazing how Prayer changes circumstances and Prayer changes people; one person at a time, one prayer at a time. Many prayers are patterned to be recited and some are used as examples such as the one many pray as the Lord's Prayer, but none are as heartfelt or specific as the one Jesus prayed to the Father on our behalf just before He surrendered His life on Calvary for our salvation. As noted in the book of John 17; He prays first for himself, then for His disciples, and then for all of us who accept Him by faith.
"Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world.
They were Yours; You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word. Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You. For I have given to them the words which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me. I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours; And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them. Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as we are. While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name.
Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by Your truth; Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.
I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me. Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me. And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”
So here we have our Lord Jesus' prayer to the Father for His followers, those who believe in Him, you and me. Such a selfless, loving, caring prayer for His followers; taking time to pray to the Father just before He surrendered His life for us upon that old rugged cross. I love to take time and just read back through His prayer and each time I grasp hold of new tidbits of His divine love for all who believe upon Him. What an amazing Savior, What an amazing Lord, Jesus!

Maintaining Peace Through It All
"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you." Phil 4:8,9 NKJV.
Today the world is running rampant with violence and crime; death is all around us; devastation seen on every hand, and unless we set our mind on things above instead of what we see and hear; we can easily be drawn into a negative realm of thinking and become caught up in wrong doing. Learning to guard our mind and filling our thoughts with positive thinking is a must to overcome life's struggles. Oftentimes, closing our eyes to what we see and hear naturally and focusing our thoughts on those things that are true, noble, just, pure, lovely and what God says about us is the means to our survival and remaining positive through it all.
2 Corinthians 5:17 tells us,"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." Setting before us the undeniable truth of who we are in Christ Jesus, and allowing Holy Spirit to work the work needed within us, keeps our mind and thoughts filled with positive vibes and the reality that in Him, we are a brand new creation, the Redeemed of the Lord, Blessed and Highly Favored, and more than over-comers through Him who strengthens us.
Let this this mind be in you as it is in Christ Jesus that you humble yourself and remain peaceful without murmurings and disputing and without violence, so you can live a peaceful life worthy of the calling of Christ Jesus in all manner of saying and deed.
"I pray that out of His glorious riches, He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God" (Eph 3:16-19 NIV). Be anxious for nothing, but "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you"(1 Pet 5:7, NIV).
I pray these truths fill your thoughts with peace for today; peace that brings hope in the reality that God has good plans for your life as He declares in Jeremiah. 29:11, "I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." So no matter what's going on around us today, let's keep our minds stayed on Him and His plans for us, and we will over come through it all. God loves you beyond measure and He loves you unconditionally, so breathe in His Love and enjoy a wonderfully blessed day. God loves you and so do I~~~

Strong Enough to Walk On Stormy Seas
"When I am down and oh, my soul so weary; When troubles come and my heart burdened be. Then I am still and wait here in the silence; Until you come and sit awhile with me. You raise me up so I can stand on mountains; You raise me up to walk on stormy seas; I am strong when I am on your shoulders; You raise me up to more than I can be. There is no life, no life without it's hunger; Each restless heart beats so imperfectly; But then you come and I am filled with wonder; Sometimes I think I glimpse eternity. You raise me up so I can stand on mountains; You raise me up to walk on stormy seas; I am strong when I am on your shoulders; You raise me up to more than I can be."
Such beautiful Words of praise to our Father God from one who has walked through stormy seas depending on God as their strength. I love to see people's reactions when they realize their strength comes from God as they humble themselves before Him as a little child, safe and secure! Such an awesome picture of that childlike trust Jesus talks about in Matthew 18:2-4. When we become as that little child before God our Father, He quickly steps up to the plate and becomes All we need Him to be; and its that childlike dependence that keeps us humble before Him. It's in His strength that we are made over-comers, as He empowers us to walk through storms of life. It's so reassuring to know our Daddy God(Abba) is right there alongside us, holding our hand. That's when we begin to really know just Whose we are!
So why do we think we shouldn't have failures? Why are we so hard on ourself when we make a mistake or keep failing tests along the way? No one on earth is perfect! Everyone goes through trials, everyone has mess ups, and everyone makes mistakes. That's just us being human. When you realize that without tests, where would be our testimony? Without a mess, where would be our message? It's in our weakness that God is made strong; and it's in our tests and mess ups that we are made more and more aware of just who we are, and what abilities we have in Christ Jesus! As He raises us up, we become able to walk on those stormy seas.
Becoming childlike teaches us to trust totally in His ability, not ours; and it is in Christ Jesus and Him alone, that we become Strong! That we become Victorious! That we become Sons and Daughters of the Most High God! No matter what your storm of life may be right now; just know that God desires to walk alongside you. He longs to raise you up to be more than you could ever dare to be; to make you strong enough to walk on stormy seas!

THE BATTLE IS ON
It's Time to stop talking and start doing! It's time to pray for our country and for our families, but first we must examine our heart and see what is really hidden inside. It's time we come clean before God Almighty and ask forgiveness from everything that we condone in our lives that does not line up with His Word. It's time to take a stand on Who we follow; God or man!
If we say we follow God, then let's follow God! Not by violent actions, not by shouting and demeaning others, not by destroying lives and property; but by the love we show one toward another as Jesus taught us in John 13:35,"By this shall ALL men know you are my disciples, if you have love one to another." Notice He said ALL MEN, not just other believers, but All men! People are best known by how they act in situations far beyond their control such as our country seems to be displaying lately. It's a shame that grown men and women are acting out in ways that demean others with hate and violence, while shouting out words that once spoken can never be retrieved again.
Life is such a precious gift from God and each moment given was intended to bring joy and good pleasure in His divine plan for each of us to enjoy fully; yet so many are finding their own pleasure in demeaning others with such violence that I wonder, "How long will God allow this to go on?" They have taken such a precious gift God has given; and instead of being grateful for our individuality, they want to change everyone in ways that won't even matter when our lives are ended on earth. God intended for us to live in peace and harmony, being kind and thoughtful of another; enjoying one another and the differences we share. He intended us to help our fellowman when they are down instead of beating them on down until there is no more life left in them by evil words we have spoken and evil deeds. Where is the liberty whereby Jesus set us all free? Or in the heat of our anger, have we forgotten?
Satan is truly running rampant throughout our world seeking those he may devour, and by the way things are going, he's not having to search hard to find his followers. It's time we wake up, people! Wake Up! Snap out of this blind stupor satan has placed over our eyes and in our minds with his evil schemes and cunning devices. It's time we get the Word implanted within our mind, so when evil darts are thrown they meet the Word of God head on; Full steam ahead! It's time we know who our real enemies are and deal with them as Godly warriors, armed with the whole armor of God. This madness and violence in our country has to stop; and just as it started with a handful of unguarded minds that satan invaded, it can be stopped with a handful of Christians having their minds on guard with the Whole Armor of God as noted in Ephesians 6:10-18,
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put of the breastplate of righteousness and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one; And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watching to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints"
Today is the day we must take a Stand! A Stand for Truth and Justice for All! Being led by Holy Spirit with the full gospel of peace, in love and harmony, respecting others rights to be different from us, peacefully! God created all men equal, even tho we are different in color, race, and creed; and He placed us within our families of origin as it pleased Him! So who are we really fighting against? It's time to Wise up everyone! We are under attack, but not against mankind! Our battle is against satan and his evil schemes that attack the minds! So, let's Armor up and Guard our minds with all diligence! God has given us everything we need to come out Victorious. We just need to armor up, and be on guard!

Life is such a precious gift from God and each moment given was intended to bring joy and good pleasure in His divine plan for each of us to enjoy fully; yet so many are finding their own pleasure in demeaning others with such violence that I wonder, "How long will God allow this to go on?" They have taken such a precious gift God has given; and instead of being grateful for our individuality, they want to change everyone in ways that won't even matter when our lives are ended on earth. God intended for us to live in peace and harmony, being kind and thoughtful of another; enjoying one another and the differences we share. He intended us to help our fellowman when they are down instead of beating them on down until there is no more life left in them by evil words we have spoken and evil deeds. Where is the liberty whereby Jesus set us all free? Or in the heat of our anger, have we forgotten?
Satan is truly running rampant throughout our world seeking those he may devour, and by the way things are going, he's not having to search hard to find his followers. It's time we wake up, people! Wake Up! Snap out of this blind stupor satan has placed over our eyes and in our minds with his evil schemes and cunning devices. It's time we get the Word implanted within our mind, so when evil darts are thrown they meet the Word of God head on; Full steam ahead! It's time we know who our real enemies are and deal with them as Godly warriors, armed with the whole armor of God. This madness and violence in our country has to stop; and just as it started with a handful of unguarded minds that satan invaded, it can be stopped with a handful of Christians having their minds on guard with the Whole Armor of God as noted in Ephesians 6:10-18,
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put of the breastplate of righteousness and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one; And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watching to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints"
Today is the day we must take a Stand! A Stand for Truth and Justice for All! Being led by Holy Spirit with the full gospel of peace, in love and harmony, respecting others rights to be different from us, peacefully! God created all men equal, even tho we are different in color, race, and creed; and He placed us within our families of origin as it pleased Him! So who are we really fighting against? It's time to Wise up everyone! We are under attack, but not against mankind! Our battle is against satan and his evil schemes that attack the minds! So, let's Armor up and Guard our minds with all diligence! God has given us everything we need to come out Victorious. We just need to armor up, and be on guard!

New Vision
A new day has arisen and the wonders of God's divine love enfolds! What will you allow Him to do within your life today? He desires to grant each of us fresh mercies each morning and to shower us with blessings too wonderful for words; if only we can look beyond our present surroundings and focus our attention off our own self and on Him, on His will, and on His ways in our life. His ways are not our ways, and so why are we expecting Him to do things our way today? What are you focusing on today? What do you see unfolding before you today? Are you looking with expectancy? Looking to see the awesomeness of God? Or do you suffer with tunnel vision? Are you only seeing what's familiar in your surroundings, that prevent you from seeing His move in your life and in the lives of those around you?
Our God is a God of More than Enough! He is Greater than Great! And He has a plan for each of us far greater than anything we can ever imagine! But before we can see His plan, we must get our focus adjusted. If only we can look beyond what we can see with our natural eyes and dare to look through eyes of faith. It's through those eyes of faith that we know that we know that we know, that God desires to bless and prosper us as His Word declares in Jeremiah 29:11. By faith we have proved Him to be Forever Faithful to fulfill His Word as He has promised time after time! And it's by faith, we can begin basking in those blessings today; if only we can dare to believe and focus our expectancy to receive; Knowing that He keeps us all covered in the palms of His hands.
I pray you will allow your vision to focus more clearly as you look unto the Author and Finisher of your faith. As you Look beyond what you see naturally and expect to see His plans for your life unfolding before your very eyes. As with expectancy your faith begins to arise within you. Check your vision often and refocus as needed! See, God is doing a new thing before your very eyes. See what God has done in your past and what He is doing right now directing your path to a wonderfully blessed future. See your self as God sees you! Don't be defeated living below your worth. You are child of the Most High God and there is Nothing, Nothing, Nothing He won't do to help you be ALL you can be for His kingdom sake. So let's put on clear vision with eyes enlightened with the mercies of God and look ahead for those good things he continually sets before us. This is the day the Lord has made; Let's rejoice and be glad in it!!!

SHARING HOPE ONE TO ANOTHER
My heart is heavy today as I witness yet another family devastated from the loss of their precious child who had just reached adulthood, only to have his life taken away without the chance for them to say goodbye. There are truly no words to comfort them, no words to console them, nothing we can do to make their pain lighter; so we can only be there for them, with loving hugs and prayers that God wraps them securely in His loving arms and brings them peace through these horrible times in their lives. That's all we can do in their time of need.
God sees each tear and knows the pain and heartbreak they bear from watching His own Son Jesus, lay down His life upon that old rugged cross for you and me to be pardoned from all our sins; past, present, and future. He was innocent of all sin; yet he willingly laid down his life so we could find Hope through His works. We all have a specific time here on this earth and unless the Rapture occurs first we will all face death as well. But we have Hope in Christ Jesus if we have accepted His plan of Salvation. We are far past time to be sharing the Hope that is within us, but we must start some where, some time; as our eyes are enlightened daily to those dying around us!
Paul's hope for Jesus' followers in Ephesus was "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places(Ephesians 1:17-20).
And in Romans 10:14 he teaches "How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?"
We are saved through grace in Christ Jesus because someone shared Hope with us, so why are we not sharing the same Hope with others today? Prior to Jesus' ascension back into Heaven, He told His followers in Matthew 28:19-20, "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; Teaching them to observe all things, whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world," and this commission still applies to every follower of Christ Jesus today! So let's begin sharing Hope today to the lost and hurting in the world today!
You can start in your own family, your own community. Spreading the Word doesn't mean you have to be a missionary overseas to spread Hope; you just need to share with those you meet along your way! We are told in 1 Peter 3:15 to "be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you for the reason of the Hope that is in you with meekness and and courtesy." Having someone ask you of the hope within you opens the door for you to share Jesus with them in a manner that makes them desire the same Hope; and once you've led that soul to Christ Jesus they will begin to share with others as well and then you have a ripple effect that trickles down to another soul, and then another for His kingdom sake; Simple as that! Hope Can Be Contagious! You just have to start sharing!
Life is too short to take the next moment for granted. So while you have your loved ones near, share Hope with them! Love on them! Let them know how dear they are to your heart! And above all, Share Christ Jesus with them in Word and by Example! How we treat others is the best Hope we can share! Jesus said in John 13:35, By this shall they know you are my disciples, By the Love you have one toward another! As you go through your day, think about sharing Hope!

If You Talk The talk, You Gotta Walk The Walk
"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace, And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." Colossians 3:12-17 NIV
Realizing that we are often the only Bible some people read, if we talk the talk then we must walk the walk and be who we profess to be; Christians(followers of Jesus Christ) sharing Jesus in Love! Not thinking ourselves better than others, but reflecting Christ in us, the hope of glory! Being kind one to another, living a peaceful, loving, honorable life that brings glory to the kingdom of our Lord Jesus. If someone offends us, we must be quick to forgive instead of letting it take root and fester, causing bitterness to separate us. It takes Godly determination to forgive others as God forgave us; remembering where He has brought us from and where we are today, all because of His Divine Love and Amazing Grace! Instead of holding grudges or unforgiveness, we must guard our hearts and minds with all diligence, so we go about our Father's business sharing love and hope to a lost and dying world.

You don't have to be someone special to do His will, you just have to be You! You only need to be that unique person God created you to be! Sense His presence within you: giving you strength, giving you peace, empowering you with power from on high. Remind yourself just Whose you are and you will find a new mindset that allows you to boldly proclaim that You are the child of the Most High God in Christ Jesus! You can do all things through Christ Who strengthens you(Philippians 4:13). You are blessed and highly favored; You are the head and not the tail, You are above and not beneath(Deuteronomy 28:1-14). You are Loved with an everlasting love(Jeremiah 31:3) and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus(Romans 8:38,39). Your daddy is Abba Father(Romans 8:15, Galatians 4:6); you are the apple of His eye(Zechariah 2:8); and there is Nothing too hard for Him(Jeremiah 32:27).
When you begin to see yourself through your Father's eyes and begin to talk the talk; you will begin to walk the walk! You just need to take time to get to know Him and listen as He guides you along your way; walking the walk before Him all the rest of your days! God's Steadfast Love
God, you are so wonderful and so caring in all things that pertain to our being! You give us life and strength and soundness of mind. You shower us with your undying faithfulness and new mercies every morning, Lamentations 3:22-23(ESV) "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
We watch in amazement as rain and warm sunshine cause flowers and trees and our planted gardens to burst forth from the ground, and then shutter as the cold and snow move in to settle the earth for a long winter snap; but just as all things gain their nourishment on earth from God's divine timing, even so we need His Spirit working within us to nourish and help us grow in every phase of life.
God has great plans for each of us as noted in Jeremiah 29:11(NIV), "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." He created us in His image, so as we laugh or cry and go through all sorts of emotions in day to day living, because we were created in His image He feels those emotions too and knows what is needed as we follow His directions and trust Him in all our ways.
Isaiah 55:8,9 God tells us "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD."As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts". So as we learn to trust in the Lord He will guide us in the right direction and down the right paths as declared in Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths."
So today as we continue down our pathway of life, I pray we will acknowledge Him in all our encounters and trust God's ways as we purpose to hear Him and follow Him in all things. Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

Let Us Delight In The Lord
"Oh, the glory of Your presence, we Your temple give You reverence; Come and rise from Your rest, and be blessed by our praise; As we glory in Your embrace; As Your presence Now fills this place." Psalm 65:8 tells us, "The whole earth is filled with awe at your wonders; where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy."
As the dawn approaches and a new day arises, may the words of our mouth and the meditation upon our hearts, be filled with the wonders of our Lord's Love. May our minds be consecrated upon Him, our hearts be filled with His divine Love, the words of our mouth magnify His holy name, and the works of our hands bring forth glory unto the Lord of lords, King of all kings, God of all creation. May we lift Him high in all things great and small, for He is worthy of all praise, all glory, and all honor; Thank You Jesus.
Don't let this day pass you by without being all you can be for His kingdom sake. Enjoy each moment He has given and make time to bask in His undying love. Take time to stop and smell the roses; enjoy the finest details of all He has created just for you to enjoy! Find joy in breathing in His goodness as you smell the sweet smelling fragrance of His breath as it covers the earth.
As you walk outside, take a look around at this great land He has created just for your enjoyment; then look up to the heavens from whence cometh your strength and acknowledge the Lord your God, Creator of all heaven and earth; and begin to delight in His ways as you enjoy this day He has made just for you; and be blessed, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

We Are The Blessed Of The Lord
My delight is in the Lord; my God and my salvation. My strength comes from You, dear Lord, keeper of all heaven and earth and my mind is stayed on Thee. Today as I go my way, I profess your Word that declares that I am blessed in the city and blessed in the fields; I am the head and not the tail; I am blessed and highly favored; everything I set my hand to do shall prosper because You are the supplier of all my needs. Blessed shall be the fruit of my womb; my children shall rise up and worship You, Lord God, in all their ways, bringing honor to You all the days of their life; for we are the blessed of the Lord, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb and re-created in Christ Jesus unto good works! You are my strength and my refuge; a very present help in times of trouble. You lead me in all my ways as I lift my hands in submission to Your will and Your way for Your glory sake. You are the love of my life; You are the hope that I cling to; You mean more than this world to me. I wouldn't trade You for silver or gold; wouldn't trade You for riches untold; You are truly my everything! Jesus, Lover of my soul; My God, in Whom I delight! Songs of praise I will lift unto You as I continue all the days of my life. May I never fail to give all praise and honor unto You, My God and my salvation; my joy and my peace! Love Beyond Measure
Ephesians 2:4-9 "But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved. And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast."
What manner of love is this that the Son of God would live and die for lost sinners, unworthy of His great love? What manner of love would cause a king to allow himself to be publicly persecuted, beaten and crucified, so unworthy mankind could go free? What manner of love goes beyond measure, goes beyond human conception, and goes beyond the world's standards of love to save lost souls from hell? What manner of love would love the vilest criminal or worst sinner; cleanse his soul and forgive his sins, casting his sins into the sea of forgetfulness, never to be brought to mind again? What manner of Love is This? It's the incarnate love of God manifested in Christ Jesus! Love beyond measure! Love that reaches to the highest mountain and flows to the lowest sea. Love that reaches to the deepest pits of hell to rescue a wayward child. It's the Love of God for His children that reaches farther than our mind's eye can ever comprehend. There is absolutely nothing that can ever separate us from His love as it floods the very depths of our soul and it leaves me singing, "Isn't the love of Jesus something wonderful, wonderful, wonderful; Isn't the love of Jesus something wonderful, wonderful it is to me" and over and over the melody of His love sustains me, warms me, assures me that no matter how trying situations may be, no matter what may come my way, He is forever with me and I'm never alone. Nothing shall ever separate me from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39). Such reassurance of His great love fills my heart to overflowing....What manner of Love is This!
Dear friend, I pray that as you go about your day, you will feel His love abiding deep within you and that no matter the situation, you will know that He is there with you to help you through each and every struggle of your life, if only you call upon Him and listen as He guides you along your way. I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day as His great love fills your heart and warms your soul, and I pray that you feel His arms wrapped around you with His assurance that you are never alone and so dearly loved, just as you are! There is absolutely nothing that can ever separate us from His love as it floods the very depths of our soul and it leaves me singing, "Isn't the love of Jesus something wonderful, wonderful, wonderful; Isn't the love of Jesus something wonderful, wonderful it is to me" and over and over the melody of His love sustains me, warms me, assures me that no matter how trying situations may be, no matter what may come my way, He is forever with me and I'm never alone. Nothing shall ever separate me from the love of God (Romans 8:38-39). Such reassurance of His great love fills my heart to overflowing....What manner of Love is This!
Dear friend, I pray that as you go about your day, you will feel His love abiding deep within you and that no matter the situation, you will know that He is there with you to help you through each and every struggle of your life, if only you call upon Him and listen as He guides you along your way. I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day as His great love fills your heart and warms your soul, and I pray that you feel His arms wrapped around you with His assurance that you are never alone and so dearly loved, just as you are! Nothing Is Impossible
As we begin this beautiful day God has given, I stand in awe of His love, of His protection, and of His provision for our lives. God desires to shower us with His divine Love if we will just acknowledge Him and allow Him to direct our path as He opens doors no man can open and closes doors that need to be closed to past relationships; keeping us on the pathway He has predestined for our good.
Daily we encounter uncertain changes of life, some good and some devastating, but as we learn to trust Him, we will not become discouraged by what seem like dead ends or closed doors. Every moment in our life carries infinite possibilities, just waiting to be discovered; and as we lean on Him, we will find that "Nothing is impossible" with God on our side. He desires to shower us with spiritual blessings and give us an abundant life; a life filled with joy unspeakable, expressing love and happiness as noted in Jeremiah 29:11, "to prosper us, and not to harm us; to give us hope, and a future."
So don't give up when something in life goes bad; keep trusting God who watches over His Word to perform it quickly. Trust Him to work all things out for your good; because He is Great at taking what satan meant for evil and turning it around for our good. God goes before us preparing the way and there is Nothing man can do to stop God's plan for our life! Greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world!(I John 4:4). No weapon formed against you shall prosper in Jesus' name (Isaiah 54:17).
God is the keeper of all who love and trust in Him. He is forever faithful and will bring all things to pass according to His Holy Word. Trust God for all your needs and have a wonderfully blessed day, my friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

Song of Praise
"Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."
Psalms 100 is a joyful song of praise unto the Lord our God; who showers us daily with Heavenly blessings and fresh mercies; Who renews our heart and recreates our mind with His divine Love. His desire is to bless us beyond our wildest imaginations with an abundant life if we would just acknowledge Him in all our ways. He wants us to not only enjoy our life, but to enjoy it more abundantly.
As we celebrate the Lord today, we will begin to enjoy His goodness and sing forth joyful praises from deep within in our heart. The more we praise God, the more we find to celebrate. So let's make a joyful noise unto the Lord, the God of our salvation and enjoy a wonderful weekend. God loves you and so do I~~

What is your Golden Rule
"Do unto others as they do unto you" or "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"--- Which is your Golden Rule? After all, the decision is really up to you. What we are taught is often overshadowed by how people treat us. We learn as we grow in life through trial and error so choosing how we react is strictly up to us! It's easier to teach others how they should act toward others, or to say how we should react toward others; than actually treating others with the forgiveness and peace expressed from our Lord. While the carnal mind tends to be less forgiving than the recreated mind of Christ, the ability to express Divine Love to others defines who we truly are in Christ Jesus.
You are what you say and how you treat others as Jesus taught in John 13:34-35 (NKJV), "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; As I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are my disciples; if you have love one for another." So I ask you again, Which is your Golden Rule? Will you show others the same Love He has shown you; or will you do unto them as they do unto you? The choice is yours.

To God Be Glory
"Oh How beautiful are you Lord; It's Your Words, It's Your Love; Oh, how glorious are You, Lord; It's Your power, It was Your cross; That saved me, And rescued me; Just a moment there, Set me free! I give You glory, glory; I give You glory, glory; I give You glory, glory, Jesus; I give You glory, glory; I give You glory, glory; I give You glory, glory, Jesus!"
Love how this beautiful song of Love and Admiration to Jesus rings forth from the depths of my heart! What an amazing Lord Who has provided the way for total freedom from past sins, hurts, and hang-ups! He is forever with us; guiding us in every little thing that comes our way, if we only take time to hear His voice and be submissive to His will in our life. There is absolutely Nothing He cannot fix, Nothing He cannot conquer, Nothing He cannot turn around for our good; so with a determined mind to follow Him; committing ALL things into His hands; we become More than Over-comers! We become Victors and not Victims! We become Children of the Most High God and in Him there is NO LACK!
Oh how beautiful are You, Lord! You woke me up this morning; started me on my way; gave me breath to breathe and freedom to move; showered me with fresh mercies and Your tender grace; and softly whispered, "I'm here, my child" What a mighty God we serve! Giver of all Life and strength, Lover of my Soul! When the storms of life seem to overwhelm me, He is there to shelter and guide me through it all! Bigger than anything that tries to come my way, the Creator of all Heaven and Earth shelters me in times of need. In all things, He watches over and prepares my way; one moment at a time, one step along the way, as I trust in Him.
I pray that as you go through this day, you realize just how precious God is to you! He desires to be ALL YOU WILL EVER NEED, but you have to allow Him to be just that. He has made every provision necessary and waits with arms open wide, extending His invitation today; but He will never force you to accept His invitation; the choice must be yours! He is your hope; Your ONLY HOPE and is truly ALL you will ever need!
Will you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and allow Him to loose you from the chains that have bound you and allow Him to lead you into life everlasting and free? His promises are forever true and He watches over His Word to perform It quickly! You can be More than a Conqueror in Christ Jesus, if only you ask! God is GOD over all gods, King over all kings, Lord over all lords. He is Almighty God: Father, Son, Holy Spirit; all Three in One! Give Him the Glory, Give Him all Praise!
I pray you choose to accept Him today; to submit your life into His hands and allow Him to liberate you in all your ways, "For whom the Son sets Free is Free Indeed"(John 8:36). Enjoy a wonderfully victorious day, dear friends and Be blessed. God loves you and so do I~~~

Walking In Sonlight
I love waking to the awareness of God's presence and Feeling His Loving arms securing me to His side. Fixed in His presence, I know that wherever I go and whatever I encounter, Nothing will arise that God is not already aware of and has already prepared everything I need to make it through as more than a conqueror. I love being His hands extended, His Word spoken, His Comforting arms enfolding; sharing Hope to a lost and hurting World; reflecting Jesus in me, the hope of glory!
So I purposely determine that with "Each step I take, my Savior goes before me, and with His loving hand He leads the way; and with each breath I whisper, "I adore Thee", O' what joy to walk with Him each day. I trust in God, no matter come what may, For life eternal is in His hand; He holds the key that opens up the way,That will lead me to the promised land. Each step I take, I know that He will guide me, To higher ground, He ever leads me on; Until some day the last step will be taken; Each step I take, just leads me closer Home."
And as I go my way today, I will be "Walking in sunlight, all of my journey; Over the mountains, through the deep vale; Jesus has said, “I’ll never forsake thee,” Promise Divine That Never Can Fail. Heavenly sunlight, Heavenly sunlight, Flooding my soul with glory divine, Hallelujah, I am rejoicing, Singing His praises, Jesus is mine."
I pray you will allow joy to arise in your spirit as you realize you are never alone. Holy Spirit is within you, guiding you every step along your way. So may you have a wonderful Son-shiny day and may the glory of the Lord shine upon you; leading and guiding you along your way. Let's be His hands extended, touching and blessing others along our way, walking in His Son-light, and making this day the best it can be for His glory sake.
