How Firm Is Your Foundation?

Ever stop to consider how important teachers are to our children? Do we realize how much they learn, not just from books, but also from those around them? Their little bright eyes are so eager to watch and their ears are perked up, ready and eager to learn more than we could ever imagine! So it's time we pay attention to what our children are being taught and how their learning is greatly influenced by what they are seeing and hearing around them! It's time we assure they have a firm foundation!
I was blessed to have great influences in my childhood! I was blessed to have Momma and Daddy teach me from God's Word and how to live it through their example; but I was also blessed to have wonderful Sunday School teachers like Minnie Lee Holland and Della Vaughn, along with my precious 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Fryar(precious loving saints now with the Lord); who taught with such inspiration and encouragement while sowing God's love into my life throughout childhood and into my adult life. The seeds they had all planted into my life, soon matured and began to spring forth; leaving lasting impressions I could draw from as an adult. I remember each of these teachers with such love and respect, and I can feel them cheering me on from Heaven's portals.
As parents, teachers, and pastors, we must all be mindful that our children and young converts are watching and learning from us every day as they grow. We may think our little ones are not listening in church as they wiggle and squirm throughout service; but then something happens and out of nowhere they pop up with something the teacher or pastor spoke on and we can't believe our ears! Where did they learn this? When did they see what they just described?
Children and young believers not only hear what is said, but eagerly watch how we respond to others in our life. These little ones are learning much more from life through our example; so with each step we take, each word we speak, each action we show; we must be mindful that we have these little eyes and big ears watching and listening to everything we say, good or bad, and they will surely copy our actions day by day. So just how firm is that foundation your child is being taught upon?
Moms, Dads, Teachers, Preachers, we must all begin making time to communicate with Jesus very early in the morning, and allow Him to clothe us with His righteousness while filling our hearts with His love, before we set about our daily routines. Building that firm foundation on Jesus Christ will secure the day so we walk in His footsteps, speak His Words in kindness, and shower our children with Love, thereby fulfilling the purpose God has predestined for our life. The seeds of life sown early will continue to grow and mature throughout life and with proper nourishment these little seeds will spring forth and produce a firm foundation that can withstand the toughest of times; because of early nourishment given. Proverbs 22:6 teaches "Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
Life can be hard at times, and how we react to it depends greatly upon what we were taught and have seen over the years from those who greatly influence our lives. Teaching our little ones to trust in the Lord through example, will either carry them through to victory, or will cause them to crumble under the stress of the load. The outcome is determined from the strength of their foundation; will it be strong or will it crumble? A strong foundation on Jesus Christ planted deep within their soul will spring forth during hard times and carry them through. So it's necessary for us to help build their lives upon that sure foundation of Jesus Christ and His righteousness.
Jesus teaches in Matthew 7:24-25 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man which built his house upon a rock; and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded upon the rock." Jesus compares our life to that house as He encourages us to build our lives upon the rock, the sure foundation of Jesus Christ! So when storms of life come upon us and the wind swirls violently around us, we will stand firm in Him... unshakable... unmovable... knowing that He who has begun the good work in us will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ(Philippians 1:6).
As you begin to enjoy this new day God has given, I pray you will be mindful of those little eyes watching how you handle situations that may arise in any given situation! I pray you will realize the power you hold to influence and instruct these little ones by your example; And I pray that as you build upon that firm foundation, your anchor holds the solid rock; and if it doesn't, I pray you secure your anchor in Jesus today, without delay!
Be Blessed, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

Large Or Small, He Cares About It All

Did you know your Heavenly Father wants to be involved in EVERY situation that arises in your life: That's right, He wants you to know He cares about everything this life has to throw at you; good and bad, small or large; and that He is with you every second of every minute, of every hour, of every day. There will NEVER be a time He is too busy to not hear when you call or whisper His name; but He will never force you to call on Him; although He waits anxiously to hear from you, His creation, to call out His name!
I think it's so surreal and yet so very true; that the Creator of this universe would love us so; and that He delights in our Father/Daughter, Father/Son relationship! His entire purpose in creating us was to have fellowship with us anytime-day or night, and He's always there with those precious open arms and unconditional love; ready to walk and talk with us along life's pathway. God loves us so much in fact, that He sent His one and only begotten son, Jesus, from Heaven into the world(John 3:16) to be the sacrifice for all our sins. He promises that to all who believe upon Jesus and repent of their sin, He will cleanse them from all unrighteousness and set them free, once and for all time.
I am so excited to be a child of My Heavenly Father and joint-heir with Jesus, my Lord, and to feel the Holy Spirit within me guiding me along my journey here until the day I leave this earth and join them in Heaven to spend eternity, forever and evermore.
So if you are feeling hopeless today, dear friend, think on these things as we we are told in Philippians 4:8,9, "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you."
It doesn't matter how great or small, whether good or bad, God wants to be part of our life throughout every day and night and He will always be there to see us through it all, if we just ask. I pray that as you go through your day, you will feel Holy Spirit within you stirring you up to remember the wonderful mercies and amazing grace God has extended to you and to us all; and that you accept His invitation to become part of our family thru Jesus Christ our Lord! Have a wonderfully blessed day, because God loves you and so do I~~~~

We Will Not Be Shaken, We Will Not Be Moved

"Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice! Let Your gentleness be known to ALL men. The Lord IS at hand! Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God' and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus! Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned, and received, and heard, and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you" (Philippians 4:4-9).
Paul encourages us to Celebrate Jesus all day, every day. Not just casually but to really celebrate Him! To make a joyful noise as "God is working for us, God is on our side, He has overcome, Yes He has overcome; we will not be shaken, we will not be moved; Jesus you are here!" Carrying our burdens, Covering our shame, He has overcome, yes He has overcome, we will not be shaken, we will not be moved, Jesus you are here! I will live, I will not die, the Resurrection Power of Christ, Alive in me and I am Free in Jesus' name!"
Joyfully we sing within our hearts and allow our praises to shape our worry into thanksgiving; and as we praise and rejoice before Him, a sense of God’s wholeness comes and settles us down. No longer are we filled with worry and despair, but enjoying the peace and joy that comes from just speaking Jesus' name! What a Savior! What A Lord! How wonderful it feels as Christ displaces worry with His joy and peace!
As we take heed to guard our thoughts through Christ Jesus and to meditate on those things which are true, noble, just, pure, lovely and of a good report ; our minds become stayed on Him and we focus on the Best, not the worst; the Beautiful, not the ugly; things to be praised, and not on things to be cursed.
As we put into practice those things we have learned from the Word and things we have heard and seen, we develop a new found Peace in Christ Jesus that no man can destroy or steal away!
It's in knowing 'Who He is' that is fighting for us, that we rejoice and sing aloud in the worst of times that We will not be shaken! We will not be moved! Jesus, You are Glorified! It's in this state of mind that God, who makes everything work together, will work in us His most excellent harmonies, united through His Grace and in His Love!
I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day because God loves you and so do I~~~

We Are Never Alone; He Walks Beside Us

Couldn't seem to get a clear focus on things this morning so I took off walking around our complex, just talking with God and as I poured out my concerns, I began to smell the wonderful aroma of the honeysuckles in bloom following the rain. Such a beautiful aroma indeed! God has created all things for our good, and the smell of honeysuckles is certainly good for my senses.
As my mind began to clear and I regained my focus, I began hearing words from a song I'd heard by the Crabb Family 'Through the fire' that just kept rising up from within me, giving such reassurance and hope that I'd like to share them so you can be strengthened too:
"So many times I've questioned certain circumstances and things I could not understand; many times in trials weakness blurs my vision, that's when frustration gets so out of hand; It's then I am reminded, I've never been forsaken; I've never had to stand one test alone; and when I look at all the victories, the Spirit rises up in me, that it's through the fire my weakness is made strong!
I know within myself that I would surely perish, but if I trust the hand of God, He'll shield the flame again, again; He never promised that the cross would not get heavy, and the hill would not be hard to climb; He never offered victories without fighting, but He said help would always come in time. Just remember when you're standing in the valley of decision and the adversary says give in, Just Hold On, Our Lord will show up! and He will take you through the fire again!"
And truly Our Lord never forsakes us, He always shows up at just the right time! He continues to work within us all that is needed to bring us to that extension of His grace He can use to touch others' lives. Even in our darkest hour, even when we feel our weakest, God is there to strengthen and keep us in His perfect peace through it all!
I pray you can feel His presence walking beside you; feel His grace working within you; and sense His peace comforting you throughout your day; because God truly loves you and so do I~~~

All In God's Time And In His Perfect Will

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all(Psalm 34:9).
I was praying and meditating on how many of us are facing circumstances in our lives that can be very discouraging as it lingers longer than we'd like! Seems it's a constant struggle to just stay focused on God's promises to deliver as we attempt to survive day by day, 'keeping our heads above water' so to speak. But the assurance that our GOD sees all, knows all, and has a perfect plan for each of our lives(Jeremiah 29:11) and includes Only The Best for our lives is a fact that helps us tread those waters until deliverance arrives.
Staying focused can be tough as pressure is applied from outside sources and our eyesight begins to weaken as we become overwhelmed. Circumstances leave us weary and worn and our peace begins to deplete. Our prayers seem to be going 'no higher than the ceiling' and we feel frustrated not seeing answers in the near future; stressed, overwhelmed and tired from struggling to get by, and we just want to 'throw in the towel'.
But I'm here to tell you on the Word of God, to "stay the course!" "Don't you dare give up!" "Don't waiver, Your deliverance is just around the corner; right through the next door to be opened if you just don't give up!"  Trust God! Trust His Word and know that He's working on your behalf; He Will come through for you! Just Don't Give Up!
Begin to speak His Word out loud! Find the promises given in His Word regarding your circumstance and begin to speak His Promised Word out loud over those circumstances! Get His Word out there in front of your Eyes so you can see them clearly! Plaster them throughout your house, on your job, in your car! Don't you just read the Word but Speak it out loud; over and over again until it becomes Real down deep in your soul! Even tho' you feel you're 'going down with the ship' and have no strength left within you, let your going down be spent speaking the Word of God out loud with your last breath and I assure you on the Promised Word of God that He Will bring you back up- Revived In Him! When All Hope is gone,The Spirit of God will Revive You! You will be Empowered with Strength from on High and Deliverance will be yours for the taking!
Yes, the wait is tough! Yes, It's even beyond rough! and Yes, It's really Real. But it's during 'the wait' that His BEST comes shining through! It's during 'the wait' that we are refined like gold! It's during 'the wait' that our faith is renewed, and it's during 'the wait' that we are refined and purified as diamonds: Sparkling in His Light, Walking in the boldness of our faith, Trusting in His Word, Leaning not unto our own understanding, but in all our ways Acknowledging Him as He directs our path(Prov. 3:5,6). Deliverance will come! But how are you responding during the wait? Are you still praying to Him? Are you still giving Him thanks? Are you still worshiping Him? Are you still praising Him? Are you remaining faithful? Or, Have you given up on Him thinking time is moving too slow in your eyes?
If we could just try to understand that it's in 'the wait' that He's preparing us, equipping us, empowering us, and molding us into His likeness. When God promises something, He doesn't give details on how it will come about! He is fully aware that His ways are not our ways, and our ways are not His ways(Isaiah 55:8,9); But He always keeps His promises! His Word never returns to Him void as He declares in Isaiah 55:11 "So shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it".
God is faithful! And as we Call upon Him and Trust Him to deliver; in the right time, at the right moment, He will bring it to pass and we will be much the better for the wait; as the Light of His Promises come shining through with His abundance of blessings! It's all in God's perfect timing that we are made stronger from the wait!
God wants you to know that His love for you has not changed! He changes not! He loves you unconditionally! So trust Him today even tho' the wait may be longer than you desire and He will surely bring those things to pass!
Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~~

Such Amazing Grace, Insurmountable Peace, and Incredible Joy

Waking up to a new day in Christ Jesus makes my soul become alive with songs of praise unto the Lord of Lord and King of Kings, as my heart sings forth, "Lord, You are good and Your mercy endureth forever; Lord, You are good and Your mercy endureth forever; People from every nation and tongue, from generation to generation; we worship You, we worship You for Who You are!" And Truly God is worthy of  all our worship and praise today and always!
He has done so many miracles in my life and in the lives of my family that are just too numerous to tell. When I begin to think on all these blessings He has already provided, I have a sense of guilt knowing that I still have things I need Him to help me with; but He reminds me that it's this Father-child relationship He seeks from us! He longs for us to just come and sit down before Him and talk with Him; about anything and everything, large or small. He just desires our companionship! He wants us to enjoy His friendship as we spend that alone time with Him; no cell phones, no interference, no hurry; just you and Him, sharing conversation one to another.
It's during this time that we really come to know Him and we come to trust Him! And this trust is so necessary because we all have troubles and cares in this life, and many are more than we can handle; but in knowing Him, we can take them to the Lord and leave them there. Now it's the amount of trust we have in God as to whether we will leave them there knowing He will take care of them, or if we pick them back up and try to handle them on our own! He cares for every problem we encounter in life, large or small, and will handle each one for our good, if only we trust Him enough to leave them with Him instead of picking them back up.
I did this time and time again before I came to know Him better. As I began spending that much needed relationship time with Him, I began to know Him better and began to trust that whatever I need, He will supply; as long as it is for my good. So now I'm learning; slowly but surely, I am learning! Praise God! I've learned that when I have a problem, I can discuss it with my Father and lay it at His feet knowing that He WILL take care of it! I no longer pick it back up and try to handle it on my own! I know it may not be done in my way(and that's probably a really good thing) and I know that it may not be done in my time frame; but I do know of a surety that whatever affects me, affects Him because He wants only the Best for my life.
So no matter how great or how small, as I lay my cares down at His feet, I pick up such unspeakable Peace! Peace in knowing that my Daddy God, Who Loves Me unconditionally, has got this! That's right, I know my Daddy God is taking care of my needs and He's got this!!!  And when I speak this out, there is such joy that springs forth from deep within my soul because He has replaced my worries with His joy that no man can steal away!  What Incredible Joy He instills! What Amazing Grace He shows! What Insurmountable Peace! What Unconditional Love; all because I am His and He is mine, forever and ever, throughout eternity!
Ephesians 2:4-10 declares "But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ(by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
Such Amazing Grace He desires to shower upon us, His children, along with spiritual blessings as He loves on us like nothing this world has to offer. He delights in us and longs to hear us call out to Him, "Abba" (Father, Daddy). We were created to be members of His family and there is nothing we can ever do to separate us from His love as noted in Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels. nor principalities, not powers. nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord!"
I pray you will feel His Love today as He showers His bountiful blessings upon your life. I pray His love fills your heart to overflowing and keeps you in all your ways. And I pray that in all things, you bring glory to the wonderful, matchless name of Jesus!
Enjoy life abundantly and have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~

The Lord, My Hope Secures!

"Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound; that saved a wretch like me; I once was lost but now I'm found, was blind but now I see. 'Twas Grace that taught my heart to fear and Grace, my fears relieved; How precious did that Grace appear, the hour I first believed. My chains are gone! I've been set free! My God, my Savior has ransomed me! And like a flood His Mercy reigns! Unending Love, Amazing Grace!
The Lord has promised good to me; His Word, My Hope Secures; He will my Shield and Portion be, as long as life endures. The earth shall soon dissolve like snow; The sun forbear to shine; But God, Who called me here below, Will be forever mine! My sins are gone! I've been set free! My God, My Savior has ransomed me! And like a flood His Mercy reigns! Unending Love, Amazing Grace!"
What powerful lyrics by Chris Tomlin! Such a life-changing experience brought about by the blood of the Lamb! No longer are we bound by Sin and despair! No longer bound with gloom and agony! No longer bound by sickness and disease; but Free to walk in the Liberty of God's Amazing Grace! Redeemed by the precious life changing Blood of Jesus, our Redeemer! The Chains of death are gone, I've been set Free! My God, my Savior, has ransomed me!
What Freedom He empowers! What Boldness He instills! Boldness to stand up and declare, I'M FREE! and feel Him smiling upon us because we are His and He is ours, forever and ever throughout eternity! What Love! What boundless Love! As we run to Him, He wraps us securely in His arms, urging us to cast all our cares upon Him and allow Him to handle the cares of our life as only He does best! What Love He bestows!
As you go through your day today, don't attempt to carry those worries on your shoulders but bring them to Jesus, and allow Him to guide you and to provide what is needed for today; and then tomorrow do the same! This world holds too many obstacles and can be too devastating to worry too far in advance; so He encourages us to only worry about today because tomorrow will have worries of its own(Matthew 6:34). But by taking things one day at a time, one step at a time, trust in Him, and lean not on our own understanding; He will surely direct our paths(Proverbs 3:5,6) and make ways where there seems to be no ways(Isaiah 43:19). God is Faithful and Forever True!
Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

The Name Above ALL Names

I was glad when they said unto me, "Let us go into the house of the Lord!" Gathering in one mind and one accord with a heart of praise and hands uplifting in worship to the King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus! What a Wonderful Lord and Savior! More Gracious, More Marvelous, More Amazing than mere words could ever describe!
He longs to fellowship with us throughout our day and to walk with us along our way! He's as close as the whisper of His name, Jesus! Everlasting Father! Prince of Peace! Healer of ALL our infirmities; sicknesses and disease! "Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed"Isaiah 53:4,5.
He's a Friend Who sticks closer than a brother! A Friend Who set aside His Heavenly Crown and came to earth to die in our stead, so you and I could go free! A Friend Who loves with an Unconditional Love like none other! That's Who we gather together for fellowship as we bring forth worship to honor and praise His Holy Name!
As His Word declares, "Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bond-servant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is Above Every Name, that at the Name of Jesus Every Knee Should Bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that Every Tongue Should Confess that Jesus Christ Is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:1-11.
So as we gather together on this new day He has given, let us gather with one mind and one accord; with a heart of thanksgiving and worship, lifting up the Name above all names, our Lord and Savior JESUS!
Enjoy this wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you, and so do I~~~

The Greatest Love Ever Known to Man

And the story of Easter weekend continues following the crucifixion of Jesus upon the old rugged cross with the heading ordered by Pilate to read "Jesus of Nazareth The King of the Jews" in Aramaic, Greek, and Latin(John 19:19:20); Pilate had released his body to Joseph of Arimathea, who wrapped it in a clean linen cloth and laid it in the tomb, rolling a large stone to its opening as Mary, the mother of Jesus, and other followers wept close by.
But even Jesus' death upon the cross wasn't good enough to quieten and appease those Pharisees as they remembered the words of Jesus, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up"(John 2:19); so off they scampered with the high priest before Pilate to have him seal the tomb and place guards at its door "so no Jesus follower could steal it away and proclaim he had risen as He had said"(Matthew 27:58-66). So Pilate gave the order and sent them all away.
So now the death watch continues with Jesus' mother and His other followers being heavily grieved and saddened, thinking all hope was now gone. Jesus had been falsely accused, ridiculed, persecuted, beaten and tortured beyond recognition, chosen by the ravenous people to be crucified without cause, and was no longer alive but lying in that sealed tomb...... or was He???
"There's a line that is drawn through the ages; On that line stands an old rugged cross; On that cross, a battle is raging to gain a man's soul or it's loss. On one side march the forces of evil; All the demons, all the devils of hell; On the other the angels of glory, And they meet on Golgotha's hill. The earth shakes with the force of the conflict, And the sun refuses to shine; For there hangs God's son in the balance, And then through the darkness He cries, "It is finished!" the battle is over, "It is finished!" there'll be no more war; "It is finished!" the end of the conflict; "It is finished!" and Jesus is Lord!" Three words that will forevermore bring back Hope!
Hope is only lost in the minds of those seeking a new way, a new life, a new day, a New Hope!  I for one, am eternally thankful Jesus was willing to endure all the pain and torture and to drink that bitter cup, although He prayed, "Father let it pass from me" and I'm so thankful He never called Heaven's angels to set Him free because I know in my heart; that at any second, at any time, during any of the events that preceded His ultimate sacrifice on that cross, Jesus could have said "Enough! No More!" and Salvation's Plan would have been ended and life as I know it would have been doomed without Eternal Hope!
So as we wait for that third day in the making of history for all mankind, let's be thankful for all our Lord Jesus endured for you and for me so we could be set free; not only from all our sins, but from all shame and disgrace, from all sickness and disease, from all torment and depression; because as He took each one of these upon Himself, He conquered them all making us 'more than conquerors' through Him who saved us! Romans 8:35-37 Praise our Lord Jesus forevermore!
So today my heart sings with praise to my Lord Jesus; "Lord I lift Your name on high; Lord I love to sing your praises; I'm so glad you're in my life; I'm so glad you came to save us. You came from Heaven to Earth to show the way; from the earth to the cross, my debt to pay; from the cross to the grave, from the grave to the sky; Lord I lift your name on high!" Such an amazing Salvation Plan "For God So Loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life"(John 3:16). "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Isaiah 53:3-5 prophesies "He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him. He was despised and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God and afflicted; But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed"(Isaiah 53:3-5)
"This is Amazing Grace, this is Unfailing Love; that He would take my place, that He would bear my cross; He laid down His life that I could be set free; Oh, Jesus I sing for all that You've done for Me!"
Oh but Salvation's Plan doesn't end with His death upon that cross, nor because He bore all those stripes upon His back that literally tore His skin from His body for our healing,
SUCH AMAZING GRACE! All work needing to be accomplished for God's Salvation Plan has been fulfilled by our precious Lord and Savior leaving Nothing left undone that you nor I would even need to do to be accepted by God except to Believe and Receive in Jesus' name. All things are now made possible through the work Jesus Accomplished for you and for me and "I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the Love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39.
So now Salvation's Plan has been purchased by the blood of Jesus, God's sacrificial lamb for all mankind! Oh but wait! The death watch has just begun..... and THE BEST IS YET TO COME! Remember God loves you and so do I~~~

Freely You Have Received, Freely Give

"Touch through me, Holy Spirit, touch through me; Let my hands reach out to others, touch through me; There's a lonely soul somewhere needing just one friend to care; Touch through me, Holy Spirit, touch through me. Love through me, Holy Spirit, Love through me; I will be my brother's keeper, Love through me; Hearts are bleeding deep inside, Love can dry the weeping eyes; Love through me, Holy Spirit, Love through me. Flow through me, Holy Spirit, Flow through me; Like a river in the desert, flow through me; Springing fountain healing stream, Living water pure and clean; Flow through me, Holy Spirit, flow through me. My hands will be Your hands reaching out to others; My lips will not be slothful, Lord, to speak; I will be that good Samaritan to someone else's need; I will be Your house to dwell in, live through me. Flow through me, Holy Spirit; Love through me, Holy Spirit; Touch through me, Holy Spirit, Touch through me!"
What a precious gift in earthen vessels to be God's hands extended as we lovingly reach out to others in Word or deed. We can be His voice of hope to a lost, hurting, and hopeless generation desperate to hear the hope that is possible in Christ Jesus! We can be His vessel unto honor as Holy Spirit touches, and flows, and Loves through each of us. For God so loved the world that He gave His all(John 3:16)... Jesus so loved the world that He surrendered His all(John 15:13)... Holy Spirit works within each of us and gives His all (1Corinthians 12:7-11)... So why shouldn't we give our all?
It only takes one person reaching out in love with just one special touch of kindness, to share God's love and save a soul lost in despair. But it starts in you and me. Won't you consider being that hand of hope reaching out to others today? It cost Jesus such a great price, and yet to us, it was freely given. Freely we have received, so freely we should give. I pray that as you think on these things and begin to bless others, you will feel His blessings returned to you as well. Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

What a Mighty God He Is

Oh Lord my God, I lift my voice in praise of all Your marvelous works in my life and in the lives of my family. I will praise You all the days of my life for You are the very air that I breathe, the joy of my heart, the strength in my bones, and with all that I am I will lift up Your Mighty Name JESUS, for There is none like You! There is no Hope but in You, Lord. There is no Joy but in You, Lord! When I lie down, You are with me; When I rise up, You are with me. There is no place I go that You are not close beside me. I lift up Your Holy Name as Psalm 100 declares, " Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: Come before His presence with Singing. Know ye that the Lord, He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves. We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations."
Lamentations 3:22-23 tells us, "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness." And truly You are faithful, dear Lord. We watch in amazement as rain and warm sunshine cause our gardens to burst forth from the ground, and just as they need their nourishment to be fruitful and grow, even so we need Your nourishment, dear Lord, to cause us to grow in wisdom and in Your might. You designed us from our very beginning and made great plans for us as noted in Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future;" And Isaiah 55:8,9 tells us "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares the LORD" As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

There is no way we can ever perceive just how awesome or how powerful our God is and He is fully aware of that. So all He asks is for us to trust Him with a child-like trust: to trust His ways and His timing so everything He has promised can be fulfilled for our good. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us to, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths." God sees the beginning and the end and all in between, whereas we can only see what is directly before us. God knows what is up ahead and knows things or people who seek to destroy or hinder us from being all He predestined us to be; Prosperous, Healthy, Happy, and of a Sound Mind; If only we trust Him, His ways, His will, and His timing with all our heart.
Dear friend, God longs to be your Comfort and your Peace today. He longs to be your Hope, your Strength, your Healer, and your Guide as you journey through this land. He is the Only Source You Will Ever Need, the One Person Who Can Never Fail, and the One Love You Can Always Trust in. I pray you will allow God To Lead and Guide you today so you can have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

Finding God's Peace In Whatever We Face

"Bless the Lord O my soul, O my soul; Worship His Holy Name; Sing like never before, O my soul; I'll Worship Your Holy Name. The sun comes up, it's a new day dawning; It's time to sing Your song again, Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me; let me be singing when the evening comes. You're rich in love and You're slow to anger; Your Name is great and Your heart is kind; For all Your goodness I will keep on singing, Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find. And on that day when my strength is failing; The end draws near and my time has come; Still my soul will sing Your praise unending; Ten thousand years and then forevermore, forevermore! Bless The Lord O my soul, O my Soul; Worship His Holy Name; Sing like never before, O my soul; I'll Worship Your Holy Name; I'll Worship Your Holy Name!"
Rising up early in the morning, praising Holy Name; Seeking His face to walk and talk with Him like never before, with a heart filled with praise and a longing to feel His divine presence warms my soul like nothing this world holds. "What a fellowship, what a joy divine; Leaning on His everlasting arms. What a Blessedness, What a Peace is mine; Leaning on The Everlasting Arms! O, How sweet to walk in this pilgrim way, Leaning on The Everlasting Arms; O How bright the path grows from day to day; Leaning on The Everlasting Arms! Leaning on Jesus, Leaning on Jesus; Safe and secure from all alarm; Leaning on Jesus, Leaning on Jesus; Leaning on The Everlasting Arms!"
No matter what comes our way, we have His Blessed Assurance that He is with us, holding our hand and leading our way; comforting with His peace like never before! God is our Strength and Our Refuge; Our Shield and our Fortress; Our Strong and Mighty Tower; Our Peace and Our Comfort; Our Dearest Friend and Closest Companion! There is nothing we face that He cannot handle; nothing too devastating for Him to heal as we "Trust in the Lord with All our heart; and lean not unto our own understanding; In all our ways acknowledge Him, and He Shall direct our path.(Proverbs 3:5,6). Holy Words of Promise assuring us that when we lean on Him, He is with us Forever and ever, throughout all eternity!
I pray you lean upon those Everlasting Arms and allow Him to guide your pathway throughout your day, so you will be singing when the evening comes, "Bless the Lord O my soul, O my soul; Worship His Holy Name; Sing like never before O my soul, I Worship Your Holy Name!
Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends; God loves you and so do I~~~

Expecting The Best Is Yet To Come

With Easter Sunday approaching next week, I find myself meditating on the Resurrecting Power and really trying to take in the reality that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives inside me, and that has me doing a lot of soul searching! Realizing that I have the power to overcome every obstacle that gets in my way and live a victorious life in Christ Jesus simply amazes me as my mind takes on continued spiritual enlightenment.
The apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 1:16-21 NIV), "I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of His mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come." Now that's Power; Resurrecting, Life Changing Power!
As I seek to have the eyes of my heart enlightened so I can know the hope to which He has called me! I bow in total amazement that He Loves me just as I am; with all my doubts and failures; and yet He cares enough to instill within me the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead and empowers me to become more than an over comer in this life through Him who saved me! Holy Spirit sees everything and knows everything, so there is nothing hidden in secret from Him. He knows all of my needs: mind, soul, body, and even financial needs even before I ask of Him. He knows the desires of my heart and He knows what is best for ME.
Before I was created in my mother's womb, He had a plan already designed just for me and what He wanted me to do in this earthly life. And it's knowing His plan for me is perfect that inspires me to wait upon Him to fulfill the needs and desires of my heart. So, even tho learning to be submissive to His will gets a little tough and I get a little impatient; I am forever thankful for His tender mercies as He continues to teach me how to rest in Him and follow His lead; and at this point in my life, I am determined that when I hear His voice, I will answer His calling; and where He leads me, I will follow.
Sometimes it may be in a childlike manner trusting fully in Him, or it may be filled with apprehensions as I doubt my own abilities; but one thing for sure is that I've learned He holds my future, and I know He holds my hand. So, even when things seem impossible to my way of thinking, I hold onto the blessed assurance that in Christ I can do ALL things(Philippians 4:13); and that it His will that I prosper and be in health even as my soul prospers(3 John 1:2).
So being secure in Christ Jesus and His redeeming power, I am on to a victorious life while bringing glory and honor to my Lord Jesus, and I pray that as you pursue Him in your life, you will claim your victory In Jesus as well. Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

Never Give Up, But Look Up... God's Got This

My word to you today is, "Never Give Up!" Weeping may endure for the night, but Joy comes in the morning(Psalm 30:5). No matter what you may be going through, whether physical challenges, emotional challenges, or those horrible 'mountains' that just won't move, remember that our God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us(Ephesians 3:20), and Philippians 4:19 tells us, "And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus." These are but a few reminders in God's Holy Word for you and me that there is nothing too hard for Him as He declares in Jeremiah 32:27, "I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?" So Never ever give up, but look up...God's got this!
The Power of God is alive and well and continues to work within each of us to maintain His purpose for our life while on this earth. Circumstances will come and circumstances will go, but the Word of God remains faithful forevermore. There is nothing that has overtaken man that He is not aware of. Nothing that comes our way, that He cannot handle. Jesus was tempted in all ways and overcame each trial so we could live a life free from all guilt and shame, free from all bondage and oppression, free from all sickness and disease, by the stripes He bore and the Life He gave upon that old rugged cross for me and for you.
As we take unto us His power, Holy Spirit, dwelling within us, we are made more than conquerors through Christ Jesus in this world. So why should we fear? and Why should we be grievous of heart? When God is our Strength, God is our Deliverer, God is our Refuge, God is our Fortress, In Whom Shall We Fear? He is with us wherever we go, empowering us with His strength through every situation. He is God of all gods, Lord of all lords, the King of all kings, He is our ALL in all.
So whatever may come your way today, don't look within at your circumstances, but look up to your God who has you covered in the palm of His hands. Jesus paid His all for you and me to have life and to have it more abundantly(John 10:10). So let's live well, love much and laugh often. God loves you and so do I~~~

Taking Time To Hear The Heartbeat Of God

This morning I'm awakened early in continued awe of my Heavenly Father who watches over me and those I love and protects us from harms way! Yesterday was certainly a day of amazement for me as I witnessed prayers answered in mighty ways as scheduled plans that would have put loved ones in harms way were suddenly postponed and the severe storms heading our direction passed around us bringing safety to all my loved ones so tears of awe continue to flow with praise to my Father Who lovingly watches over and protects me and mine in all our ways!
Feeling the awesomeness of His love and witnessing evidence of His works springs forth a refreshing confidence that what He said He would do, He continues to do today. He is forever faithful to His Word, never changing, and I just praise Him for the awesomeness of His Love and Amazing Grace. He is my Rock, My Strong Tower, My Refuge, My Shelter from the Storms, and He is the Love of my life in Whom I trust! Praise the Holy Name of JESUS! Thank You Lord!
I pray that you come to realize the Love of God in all your ways, and I pray you will slow down this morning and allow time to just snuggle up ever so closely in His warm embrace and love on Him today! Snuggle up so close that you could actually hear the sound of His heart beating for you! No hurry, just taking time to be with your Heavenly Father Who Loves You So Much and longs to hold you in His warm embrace of protection and restoration! It's in His Loving Arms, that He restores you and gives you new found peace within! It's when we seek Him with all our heart, that we will find Him, and our lives are never the same again!
I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day dear friend. God truly loves you and so do I~~~

He Stills The Storm To A Mere Whisper

"So many times I've questioned certain circumstances and things I could not understand. Many times in trials weakness blurs my vision and my frustrations get so out of hand. It's then I am reminded, I've never been forsaken; I've never had to stand one test alone; As I look at all the victories, the Spirit rises up in me; And It's through the fire my weakness is made strong. He never promised that the cross would not get heavy and the hill would not be hard to climb; He never offered our victories without fighting, But He said help would always come in time; Just remember when you're standing in the valley of decision, and the adversary says give in; Just hold on, our Lord will show up and He will take you through the fire again. I know within myself that I would surely perish, but if I trust the hand of God, He'll shield the flames again, again;  He never promised that the cross would not get heavy and the hill would not be hard to climb; He never offered our victories without fighting, But He said help would always come in time; Just remember when you're standing in the valley of decision and the adversary says give in; Just hold on, our Lord will show up and He will take you through the fire again."
This song by The Crabb Family reminds us that when the fiery trials of life come upon us, all we have to do is Hold On, and God will take us through the fire time and time again! No matter what comes against us, when all hope seems gone; if we just hold on to God's unchanging hand, He will bring us through victoriously, without fail! There is nothing too difficult for Him to handle; no storm too great He cannot calm! The words of the psalmist, filled with confidence writes, “He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed” (Psalm 107:29), then in Mark 4:39 we find Jesus being awakened by the disciples, fearing they would drown as the stormy waters were overtaking their boat; so Jesus arises and rebukes the storm, telling it to be quiet; and the winds subsided and the waves became calm, stilling the storm to a mere whisper!
Our God is always on time, supplying the need, and we are made stronger because of them. So don't be afraid of life's storms that arise in your life, but simply learn from them. Allow every storm to become a lesson that helps to grow your faith! Call on God for help in your time of need; anytime-anywhere-in any given situation. You will find that He is ever present and more than able to calm every storm and bring you peace and calm assurance. Psalm 46:1 reminds us "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble." As God's children, it is His desire to 'Father us'; to watch over us and to pour out His love upon us as only He does best, as we trust in Him. Jesus reassures us in John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
So when it seems the storms of life are attempting to take you under, just reach up and take hold of God's hand. I assure you that He will latch on to you and never let you go. You can rest assured, be secure in the safety of His hands. He will keep you safe, even if He has to swoop you up in His arms and carry you! It's in those valleys of decision that we learn to trust God and hold on; He restores our soul, refreshes our spirit, and revives us from deep within. Trust God to calm the storms of your life and have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~

Wisdom To Change Things We Can And Acceptance Of Things We Cannot

Good morning, dear friends. Today is another brand new day filled with fresh mercies from our Father above; with new opportunities to take today's gift and turn it into a blessing for those around us. Every moment in our life carries infinite possibilities just waiting to be discovered. What we do with God's gift of today is totally up to us. We can choose to make it good and profitable for the kingdom of God, or we can waste it with undue stress over things of life we cannot change.
In Celebrate Recovery we have learned to pray The Serenity Prayer over our life, "God grant me the serenity, To accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; And wisdom to know the difference. Trying to live one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that God will make all things right If I surrender to His Will; So that I may be reasonably happy in this life And supremely happy with Him, Forever and ever in the next. Amen."
Wisdom teaches us to know the difference between what we can change and cannot change in life and it teaches us to have the courage in Christ Jesus to change those things we can; realizing that those things we cannot change are in His precious hands so we can walk on knowing He sees all and knows when we have done all within our power to live a life of honor unto Him!
Through years of being a person who felt I had to "fix everything", I struggled with control issues and the "what if's: and the 'should I's"; and the "having to be everything to everyone", until I finally collapsed with mental exhaustion. So in my desperation, I whole-heartedly surrendered all my cares to God and to His will for my life and found true peace that was unspeakable. I can honestly say that I have more peace and joy now than I ever thought possible, and more elated knowing that Holy Spirit dwells within me, walks beside me, and guides me every second, of every minute, of every hour; and with every breath I take throughout this life; if anything needs fixed.... He's Got This!
Now, Instead of worrying over circumstances that arise, I just take it to the Lord and let Him handle it.(Mt 11:28,29). I know that it is His will that I have life, and have it more abundantly(John 10:10). I know He has predestined me for good things as He declares in Jeremiah 29:11; and I know that I serve a mighty God who loves me so much that He laid down His life to purchase my pardon from sin and bondage(John 3:16) and even made me joint-heirs with Jesus to the Father!(Romans 8:16-18). and I know there is Nothing Too Big that My God can't handle(Jeremiah 32:27). Now dear friend, It just doesn't get any better than that!!! If He did for the saints of old, He must do for me! And what He does for me, He must do for you because He is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34).
His Love amazes me beyond my wildest imagination! I find it amazing how He could love me so much to be willing to come and take my place, bearing the shame and reproach of all mankind, to suffer all the pain and torture He endured, and be that sacrificial lamb crucified on that old rugged cross just to pardon and rescue me and all who would believe and receive Him into their hearts as their Savior and Lord! Jesus! Such Amazing Love! And to know that He is with me forever and ever wherever I go; that He wants only what is Best for me; and He never gives up on me when I fail but continues to work within me to bring me to that stature of being all He predestined me to be! WOW! His Love Amazes Me! Makes me wanna shout it to the world because not only do I believe in Him, but He believes in me and Knows that I can do ALL things through Him! Now that's is having full confidence!
Accepting those things we cannot change, finding courage in Christ Jesus to change those things we can, and allowing Holy Spirit to teach us the difference instills wisdom and peace beyond measure as we see God become the controlling force over our life because we surrender to His will, His ways, and His timings. Only God can break through any barriers that may arise, open doors no man can open, and close doors needing to be closed to keep us walking as He predestined our life to be.
Let's allow Him to make our life abundantly rich in the Love He placed within us; because when our life is all said and done, it's only what's done for Christ that will last. So Let's lay up our treasures in Heaven as Jesus taught in Mt 6:19-21 and reflect His loving light so we can lead others to Jesus through our words and deeds, and let's be all we can be for His kingdom sake!
Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

Seeing Who I Am Through My Father's Eyes

"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace, And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.  And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him." Colossians 3:12-17 NIV
Realizing that we are often the only Bible some people read, if we talk the talk then we must walk the walk and be who we profess to be....Christians(true followers of Jesus Christ), sharing Jesus in Love!  Not thinking ourselves better than others, but being kind one to another, living a peaceful, loving, honorable life that brings glory to the kingdom of our Lord Jesus. If someone offends us, we must be quick to forgive instead of letting it take root and fester, causing bitterness to separate us. It takes being determined within our mind to forgive others as God forgave us; remembering where He has brought us from and where we are today, all because of His Divine Love and Amazing Grace! Instead of holding grudges or unforgiveness, we must guard our hearts and minds with all diligence, so we go about our Father's business sharing love and hope to a lost and dying world, so they can come to know Jesus and the fullness of
Holy Spirit working within to grow us all into the loving nature He intended us to share one to another.
You don't have to be someone special to do His will, you just have to be You! That unique person God created you to be! He created in each of us a will to choose and as we choose to follow Him, He abides within and leads our way! Sense His presence within you--giving you strength, giving you peace, empowering you with His strength for the tasks before you. Remind yourself Whose you are! You are the child of the Most High God through Christ Jesus! You can do all things through Christ Who strengthens you(Philippians 4:13). You are blessed and highly favored; You are the head and not the tail, You are above and not beneath(Deuteronomy 28:1-14) You are Loved with an everlasting love(Jeremiah 31:3) and there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus(Romans 8:38,39). Your daddy is Abba Father(Romans 8:15, Galatians 4:6);  you are the apple of His eye(Zechariah 2:8); and there is Nothing too hard for Him(Jeremiah 32:27)
When you begin to see yourself through your Father's eyes, you will realize that you are truly loved beyond measure, unconditionally, for all time sake! Forever and ever, you are His child and He desires only the Best for you, You just need to take time to get to know Him and listen as He guides you lovingly along your way, one step at a time. I pray you have a wonderfully blessed day, because God loves you and so do I~~~

Spreading His Love With An Extra Pep in Our Step

There seems to be a newfound energy filling the atmosphere as spring has begun to bloom around us more and more. Awakening in the morning, hearing the birds singing and squirrels scampering around the yard, brings about a lighter mood and smiles to our faces; a new sense of hope that seems to fill us from the top of our heads to the tips of our toes bringing and just makes you feel Happy! Can you sense it?
Ever feel so happy you can feel it from the top of your head down to your feet? A feeling of joy that if possible you could even dance, or maybe even dare to anyway, lol. And then there are those days when you receive such good news that ya can't seem to control the urge to do that happy dance? Can't help it- ya just feel that extra pep in your step.
Well, this morning I was thinking on this and remembered back to a movie I watched called "Happy Feet." This cute little penguin was born and as he grew he couldn't waddle around like all the other little penguins but had this little bounce to his steps; a little pep that made a little tapping sound causing those who heard it to laugh at him. No matter how hard he and his parents tried to hide it and get him to waddle, he just couldn't hide that little pep in his steps. As long as he was sitting still he was fine; but once he started to move- there it was; that little pep in his steps until he finally began to dance around. As time progressed, they shunned him and tried to put him to shame, but somehow, that little pep seemed to bring him joy as he accepted what was, and realized he was just being predestined to have 'happy feet'. But all was not lost as his tapping would be much needed to rescue his family and island from sure destruction. His little pep in his steps had sent out a tapping sound to rescuers in search of them and as the others saw their need of a Savior, they joined in his 'happy dance', that resonated so loud, they were found and rescued just in the nick of time!
Cute little move, you need to watch it! I've read about another mention of happy feet that come to rescue in time of need; feet of those who spread good news! Isaiah 52:7 tells us, "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, "Your God reigns!" and again in Romans 10:13-15, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!"
No matter how we use our feet; whether walking, skipping, jumping or dancing, they can all be put to good use to help others along our way. No greater need exists, no greater challenge is before us, than that of spreading the gospel of peace, as commissioned by Christ Jesus before He ascended back into Heaven. Our families and countless souls are dying without the hope we have in Christ Jesus and His redeeming power that can rescue them from hell and destruction, so it's time we join forces with those already in the field and allow our voices to be heard as our 'happy feet' sound out loud and clear the saving power in Christ Jesus? How will they know of God's great Love and saving grace without a messenger? And how will the message be shared without a sound!
We can use that little pep in our steps, that amazing joy in our hearts, that personal testimony within our hearts, and His Holy Word to be happy feet leading others to Christ Jesus and make our Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus smile upon us. How about it? Ya wanna make Him smile today? Be happy and share that little pep in your step and enjoy a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~

What The Devil Meant For Evil, He Will Make It Good

"God said He would turn it around; God said He would turn it around; What the devil meant for evil, God would make it good; Turn around, Turn around, Turn around!. He gives beauty for ashes, Joy for my pain; Praise for my sadness, as I remember His name; Mourning into gladness, sorrow into joy; Every day will be sweeter, than the day before; God said He would turn it around; God said He would turn it around; what the devil meant for evil, God will make it good; Turn around, Turn around, Turn around."
This great old medley of praise and worship has been going around in my head since late last night as truly I have seen God turn around many many circumstances devised by satan that was meant to take me or my family down....But Daddy God stepped in and turned them around for our good. He is our Protector Who stands watch over us as we keep our minds focused upon Him. With our mind stayed upon Him and our ears purposely open to hear His instructions, God is able to protect us and to guide us into all truths as He leads us into that abundant life He predestined for us before we were ever born.
In these perilous days we need to be reminded and to remind others of the wondrous works of our Loving Faithful God Who watches over us in all our ways! He is not a god Who cannot Speak! Not a god Who cannot Move! Not a god Who could ever lie, and certainly Not a god Who can ever die! He is Almighty God, and above Him there is none else! If His Word says it, He will Do it! If He did it for one, He will do it for you, because His Word declares He is not a respecter of persons(Acts 10:34).
God is very much Alive and living on the inside of every believer! He is our Daddy God; our Almighty Father Who Loves us, His creation, unconditionally; no matter how good or bad, or how unworthy we deem our self to be. We are His children that He loves beyond measure and He longs to turn our sadness into praise, our mourning into gladness, our sorrow into joy, and to make every day sweeter than the day before.
Time and time again I have proven Him to be All His Word declares Him to be! He is my Redeemer, my Protector, my Provider, my Salvation, my Joy, my Peace, and so much more! All that I need, He is! As we get our minds off us and we set our eyes upon Him, we can see Him more clearly and His Word will come alive within us as we follow 'His Way and His Will' for our life! With our mind stayed on Him, His Will, and His Way, we will experience such immeasurable joy bubbling up from deep within turning our grief into joy and that sadness into praise, and suddenly praises will begin to pour out from deep within to the Lord of lords and King of all kings! Psalm 150:6 tells us, "Let every thing that hath breath, praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord."
I pray that as you go about your day, you will turn to the God of your salvation, the God who created you and all heaven and earth; and praise His Holy Name from deep within your heart, for truly He has done and continues to do mighty things in all our lives. Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~~
