Peace

Peace, What a wonderful Word! Peace in any definition is totally awesome; and we hear the word, peace, from people of every social standing; who use it loosely in so many ways throughout their day. But how do you perceive peace? Do you use it to describe your mood or surroundings? Do you use it to describe its need for the world in turmoil and wars? Do you use it to describe the environment you desire in your home? In your office? Within your own life? Or do you use it to describe its need in all of these?
Peace, generally, is defined as freedom from disturbance; quiet and tranquility; freedom from or the cessation of war or violence; can be used as a greeting; an order to remain silent; a state of harmony between people or groups; freedom from strife; or Biblically, Peace means "to be complete" or "to be sound." I could go on and on but peace is whatever we decide it to be within each realm of our own individual life; whether it be personal, family, or worldwide.
I find within my own realm, that my peace is found in God, and in Him alone. He is "Yahweh Shalom" and He's all I need to make it through this world. He completes me! He keeps me sound! He fills the desires within my heart that bring peace and keeps my feet planted on solid ground. In the midst of the cares of this world, He brings peace to mind with reassurance that He is forever with me and has everything pre-planned and pre-paid for my life to be complete in Him. All I have to do is Relax in His provisions and Trust Him; and He will most assuredly guide me along life's pathway.
Peace is certainly needed in this world with all the wars and turmoil going on; its needed in our homes, our families' homes, and within our own inner self, as well. However you may need peace to exist in your life, I pray you will allow God to be your source. He will bring you peace in the midst of any storm of life if only you ask; and when you ask, learn to lean on Him, to relax in Him; to listen to Him and follow His guidance; and as you allow yourself to trust Him in all your ways, He will bring you peace of mind like you never knew.
Have a wonderfully blessed and peaceful day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

In Awe

What glorious assurance to be loved by the Great Creator of all Heaven and Earth as we bask in His presence and feel Him smile upon us as we go through the day; loving and caring, protecting and providing for us, as only does best. What assurance to know that nothing is impossible through our Abba Father, our Daddy, who has made us in His likeness and instilled within us the power to become sons and daughters of the most High God through our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus!.
We are made more than conquerors (Rom 8:37) through Him who loves us beyond measure and gives power to do all things (Phil.4:13) through Christ who strengthens us, "as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, that pertain to Godliness" (2 Peter 1:3).
This is the day the Lord has made, so let's rejoice and be glad in it! In all our ways let's acknowledge Him (Prov 3:6) so He will direct our paths. Let's lean not unto our own understanding (Prov 3:5) but listen attentively as He guides us along this journey of life, one step at a time. Let's Rejoice in the Lord and be exceedingly glad for Great is the Lord who is Worthy of ALL our Praise! Let's sing unto the Lord a new song, filled with Glory and Honor and Praise; and again I say, "Rejoice!"
So enjoy today! Enjoy God's goodness! Enjoy your loved ones and keep them close to you, whether present on earth or with cherished memories deep within your heart! Enjoy this new day God has given filled with fresh mercies and enjoy a glorious and wonderfully blessed life, dear friends because God loves you and so do I~~~

Power of Words

While reading this morning, I was reminded how Words hold the power to heal, to build up, to kill, and to destroy as they are spoken. Get into a crowd and just listen to the chatter all around! Words are being tossed out haphazardly, without even thinking, to those around. Some of the words will cause laughter, some will cause alarm, some may spread gossip, some will cause tears, and some will bring hope while some leave others devastated. No matter what word is spoken, ALL WORDS will have an effect on those who hear them.
From the beginning of time, Words spoken caused the world to come into existence as recorded in Genesis 1; GOD SPOKE..... and things became; one by one creation was formed by the Word spoken..... and even today, Words continue to be the most powerful force known to mankind. Once spoken, words go forth and will hopefully begin to encourage and inspire; or sadly, they will tear down, discourage, and even rob one's self worth.
Proverbs 18:21 tells us "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it, will eat its fruit". and James 3:8-10 tells us, "But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so."
So from the beginning we see that Words hold the power to build up or tear down, to heal or to destroy, so we must put a guard over our mouth to assure words coming forth are going to encourage, to inspire and to build up one another in love and kindness as we go through our day. Let's be the Word recreated unto good works; redeemed by the blood of the Lamb Jesus, and enjoy this beautiful day God has given. Let's be all we can be for His glory sake and have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friend. God loves you and so do I~~~

In Awe

"He promised us that He would be a Counselor; a Mighty God and the Prince of Peace; He promised us that He would be a Father and would love us with a love that would not cease; Well I tried Him and I found His promises are true; He's everything He said that He would be; the finest words I know could not begin to tell, just what Jesus really means to me, for He's more wonderful than my mind can conceive; He's more wonderful than my heart can believe; He goes beyond my highest hopes and fondest dreams; He's everything that my soul every longed for, everything He's promised and so much more; More than amazing; More than marvelous; More than miraculous could ever be; He's more than wonderful, that's what Jesus is to me!"
"I stand amazed when I think the King of glory, would come to dwell within the heart of man; I marvel just to know He Really Loves Me; when I think of Who He is, and who I am!" .... But the song must stop here!.. because in God's Great Mercy and Salvation Plan, Jesus did come to dwell with man. He came and gave His life to cover mankind's sins with His Redeeming Blood and to create in us His Righteousness. And because of His Great Love; who I am today is not who I was from birth. By believing on Jesus and the works He accomplished on my behalf, I am now 'Child of the Most High God in Christ Jesus'! I am Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus! Praise His Holy Name! And forevermore I am His and He is mine, forever and ever, throughout eternity!
As you think on this and the reality of Who He is and what He has done for all mankind; I pray you too will feel His LOVE! Above and Beyond ALL you can ever imagine, He Loves You Unconditionally! Forever and ever; You are Loved! There is nothing you can do to make Him love you more or to love you any less. You are His child and He loves you just the way you are, unconditionally! So why not Give Him a try today? Go ahead! Let Him love on you a little and when you do, you will begin to feel a peace engulf you like nothing you have every felt before! You will find He is more than amazing; More than marvelous; More than miraculous could ever be! You will find that He's more than wonderful; that's what Jesus Is!
Be blessed today and begin to enjoy a wonderfully blessed life! God loves you and so do I~~~
