Digging A Little Deeper

Sharing Ephesians 3:14-21 with you today: "When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will give you mighty inner strength through His Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him.

May your roots go deep into the soil of God's marvelous love, and may you have the power to understand as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high and how deep His love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it.
Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now glory be to God! By His mighty power at work in us He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we could ever dare to ask or hope. May He be given glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever through endless ages. Amen."
Dear friends, as we look ahead into this new year so gracefully given, I pray that God awakens within each of us the desire to be all we can be for His glory sake. Even with the pandemic guidelines set forth, I pray we will reach countless lives by the Love and Hope we share one to another.. May you have a blessed year, dear friends, because God loves you and so do I~~~~🙌

Let's Sparkle For Jesus

I sit drinking my coffee this morning, looking at my Christmas tree. With its lights off and its dressings still in place, there is no sparkle; no inner glow; and I'm reminded me of the life without Jesus, who has every thing man could want; all the wealth and fortune, the finest array, the best of it all; but without the Light of Jesus abiding deep within; there is no light, no sparkle to their life.

Man can have all the wealth and fame the world has to offer and be adorned to the fullest, but unless he has received Christ Jesus into their hearts, it profits him nothing. He is never satisfied with his state of affairs, there is no status quo. He is always searching for more; he has no glow, no light reflecting from within.
I pray that as we begin this new year, we realize that only Jesus can satisfy our soul. Only He can bring us peace and make us whole. Let's invite Jesus into our hearts and share this year with Him walking beside us, hand in hand working within us. Let's shine for Jesus and sparkle with His glorious Light deep within, shining forth to this world in need of Hope; Our Hope lies In Christ Jesus!
So as all the lights and sparkle comes down from this glorious season and everything is put away; please don't put away the Hope and the Light in Christ Jesus, but let it shine for all the world to see. Let's make a difference in this world that is desperate for positive changes. Let's Sparkle for Jesus because He loves you and so do I~~~

Laying Aside All The Weights

Thinking on how Paul wrote in Hebrews 12:1 on how necessary it is to lay aside all weights that bind or distract us [to strip off all those things that tend to slow us down], along with any sins [whatever it is that easily trips us up and causes us to stumble] so we could run with endurance the race God has set before us; and today Spirit continues to encourage you and I to do the same; to lay aside those things from our past that try to bind us and keep us from moving forward [we learn from our past but refuse to allow it to weigh us down] as we persevere running our race.

Jesus knew the course He had to run for our deliverance and never lost sight of where He was headed. By keeping His eyes fixed on the prize awaiting His finish, He was determined to put up with anything along His way: the lies, the scandal, the persecutions, the shame, the torture, the Cross; what ever came His way He never lost sight of the goal set before Him. Day by day He drew strength from His early morning talks with His Father, just as you and I are encouraged to continue today.
Each new day God gives fresh mercies to run our race; we don't have to save up from yesterday or borrow from tomorrow, because old things are passed away and all things are become new as He gives fresh mercies day by day. He encourages us that when we begin to feel our journey is too rough, to keep our eyes fixed on Him and look at all the things He endured along His way to declare from His cross, "It Is Finished!" By keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus as our example and staying focused so we can see where we are headed, we will finish our course and oh, what a prized welcome it will be when we hear Jesus say, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
He finished His course with you and me on His mind, and now He sits in the place of honor at the right hand of the Father, cheering you and me on through our daily race, and He knows we can make it if we just don't quit! So whatever baggage we need to lay down to finish our race, let's throw it off and stay focused on that finish line where Jesus will be waiting to award our prize--Eternal life with Him forevermore!
Have a wonderfully Blessed, Happy, and Healthy New Year, dear friend, God loves you and so do I~~~.

Welcome 2021

So thankful for a new day, a new year, and a new opportunity to enjoy the presents of our dear Lord in the land of the hopeful. This is the day the Lord has made so I will rejoice and be glad in it! One day at a time He gives fresh new mercies. So I will lay aside the past and enjoy right now; enjoy this gift of time in 2021 from my Heavenly Father!
Our hope lies in Christ Jesus, and is secure one moment at a time, and since I love to open presents, I want to open each present of time and enjoy the blessings therein; how about you? Time to lay aside stress and enjoy each blessing of life given. Time to find positive lessons with each struggle and be grateful for the "little things" in life because those little things make for great beginnings!
Enjoy this new year, dear friends. 2021 can be the Best year yet if we only Believe and receive all God has in store for us! In all our ways, let's acknowledge Him and He will direct our steps. Be Blessed, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~~

Year 2020 Comes To End

Well, dear friends. it's already New Years Eve and on this final day of 2020 I am amazed at how fast this year has flown. This year held the same amount of seconds, minutes, hours, days and months as every other year but yet it comes to a close tonight at midnight. So where did the time go? Time seemed to lose its essence as the pandemic of the Covid-19 Virus attacked not only our nation but the whole world, quickly robbing lives of young and old, weak and healthy throughout the universe and our focus turned to repentance and the need for safety precautions for our loved ones and those we come in contact with.

Many became quarantined from exposure while safety in place mandates were ordered for non essential workers; yet frontline workers had to resume their jobs with safety gear necessary for their protection. The world as we had known it had become a place filled with social isolations, fear, anxiety, and uncontrolled dying replacing the peace and socializing we had known.

Prayers are uplifted for all the frontline healthcare and essential workers having to endure the hardships and heartbreaks of giving their all and yet being unable to control the massive loss of lives they have to witness, while essential workers struggled to provide necessary equipment, medications, supplies, and needs leaving them all weary beneath their fatigue and heartbreaks; and yet the virus continues.

As this year comes to a close the devastating memories remain, so tonight I pray we all remember to safeguard not only our self but all those around us by being responsible and showing we truly care by masking up and maintaining a safe distance from those not of our households.... And if you do choose to go out and "party hearty" without precautions then at least care enough to stay away from those you love for 2 weeks so as not to expose them unknowingly.

This pandemic is not over yet and it continues to take lives of those we love so please please please be responsible and truly care! Do what you can do to help stop the spread of this horrible virus. The nursing staff are all exhausted and yet they give their all. All I ask is that you mask up and follow common sense when you are around others. Don't be the one who takes the virus to your loved one and watch them die from your neglect. Please do what you can to protect them at all cost.

We all look forward to being able to get out there and socialize again but during this pandemic, we must be responsible and care enough to choose wisely and protect those we love as well as those around us. I pray God be with us all and inspire Health and Wisdom within as we seek to follow Him in all our ways. May each of you have a Happy Healthy New Year knowing God loves you and so do I~~~

All We Are Comes From Above

Meditating on God's abiding love and the ability He gives us to breathe, to move and to have our being. As I feel His Spirit within, I wonder how people exist without the presence of the Lord living within them.

He is the air I breathe, my very reason for living. He is my peace when life around me brings me grief and despair. He quickly reminds me, "I'm here" and I rest in His comforting arms until I'm able to continue life's journey. Try to hold your breath for a few minutes and you will begin to feel such an air hunger that you have to breathe again. This is the same as being without His presence within.

We were not created to be without Him. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and after seeing all They had created, They made man in Their own image and breathed into His nostrils the breath of life. He is our breath of life! He is the air we breathe! He is the power supply to our mind, soul and body! All that we will ever need, He is!!!! Always present, always hearing, always awaiting our invitation to allow Him to guide us along life's journey, if only we ask!

I pray you will come to know the presence of God and to feel Him in the air you breathe, the freedom to move, and the joy of knowing Him as Lord and Savior! Allow Him to become real to you as you meditate upon His Word and receive the fullness of His glory! Begin to enjoy that abundant life in Christ Jesus! Have a wonderfully blessed day, dear friends. God loves you and so do I~~~

Sharing Hope

As Christmas celebrations have come to a close for some, the 12 days of Christmas (otherwise know as the Epiphany, representing the time between the birth of Christ and the Magi following the bright star to honor Him with gifts and their praise) continues, so may we never lose the excitement to bring Him honor and our highest praise with gifts He places within our life.

God Loves unconditionally so let us love others in the same manner. Having received His Salvation freely, may we share this Hope in Christ Jesus with others freely as Jesus taught in Matthew 10:8. Our Heavenly Father loves to shower His children with loving kindness and blessings far beyond our highest imaginations. We will never walk alone when we walk with God. Be blessed, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~
