Be Not Afraid
Nothing Like The Peace of God
I awakened with this precious song from days of old rolling over and over in my soul with such loving peace and assurance that I want to share them with you as well and pray you are blessed and secure in His peace as well:
Golden Nuggets
Just dwelling on a few golden nuggets while feeling grateful to God for another day filled with His fresh mercies and faithfulness (Lamentations 3:23) and that my steps are ordered by the Lord who delights in my way (Psalm 37:23); so I trust wholly in the Lord of lords and King of kings as Proverbs 3:5-6 teaches "Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
Just Stand Still
"The Father has a plan. Though it's hard to see it now, You feel you're walking all alone. But He is there no doubt, When the storm around you rages, And you're tossed to and fro, When you're faced with life's decisions, Not sure which way to go; Stand still and let God move, Standing still is hard to do, When you feel you have reached the end, He'll make a way for you, Stand still and let God move; Stand still and let God move."
Man's Ways vs God's Ways
Many of us remain in shock and disbelief at how the election ended but ya know, these are man's ways, not God's. Man is filled with deception and cunning ways and satan is running rampant all over the world deceiving many; but do not forget that God is not mocked and He sees all and hears all and is in full control. He knows exactly what is happening and the timing of events are in His control, not man's.
Walking In Our Father's Shoes
Good morning, dear friends, Are you ready to make this day the best it can be? Psalms 37:23 tells us, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way." Every thing that comes our way today can be a God-given opportunity to walk in His footsteps as we share Hope one to another. As we trust in the Lord with all our heart, and lean not on our own understanding; but acknowledge Him in all our ways; He will direct our steps as promised in Proverbs 3:5-6.
Every interruption that comes our way is meant to help us grow and mature from one step to another as we learn to walk in His footsteps. While writing this, I could visualize a little child putting on mommy or daddy's shoes and trying to walk in them; and what a smile it brought watching them walk in our shoes; and yet, here we are trying to walk in our Father's shoes while sharing Hope of His glory from one measure to another, while walking in His footsteps along our way.
Just as it brought a smile on our face, don't you know it brings a smile to our Lord's face as He watches us walking in His footsteps; and even though we stumble and fall as kids will do in those shoes, it warms His heart to see us get back up and try it again until we finally learned to just lean on Him, and hand in hand our walk is perfected with Him. I feel that in this new year, God is drawing His children closer to Him; desiring us to fully trust in Him, His ways, and His timing, so all things will work together for our good. His loving arms are wide open as He extends warm wishes our way to delight in Him and in His fullness.
So as for me, I am accepting His invitation to not walk in His shoes alone, but to walk with Him, hand in hand, through every situation that comes my way, so I can walk in that perfect plan He has preplanned for me to walk as noted in Jeremiah 29:11. I pray you will do the same; because God loves you and so do I~~

Digging A Little Deeper
Sharing Ephesians 3:14-21 with you today: "When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will give you mighty inner strength through His Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him.
