DE-STRESS IN JESUS

Ephesians 2:4-10 NIV, "But because of His great love for us, God who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved.
And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the Heavenly realms in Christ Jesus,
in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God--not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."
Our Heavenly Father loves and cares for each of us and every provision has already been made for us to enjoy the abundance of His love now and forevermore-love never ending. His grace is truly sufficient for every need, so when life seems to overwhelm you or cause you stress, take a little 'time out' for just a few minutes; step back from your current situation, take a slow deep cleansing breath and blow out the negative thinking. Now breathe in the positive love of God, allowing every promise He has made in His Word to refresh and revive you and feel Holy Spirit become the very air you breathe, as He wraps you in His comforting peace as only He does best! Feel the love of God bring that smile back on your face as you realize beyond a doubt; you don't have to worry about all this, your Heavenly Father has it all covered in the palm of His hands!!! Now relax and go about your day in the fullness of His mercy and grace. May the end of this day be better than the beginning as Holy Spirit continues to comfort you, settle you, and bring you peace throughout your day. Be blessed, dear friends, God loves you and so do I~~~
